In this Privacy Policy, the word you or customer refers to any person, firm, company or other entity who provides personal information (as defined in the Privacy Act 1993) to us or accesses or uses the New Zealand website store at http://orders.jbswear.nz (Webstore) or other websites of the Company on which this Privacy Policy is published or otherwise about whom we collect personal information.

When you engage the Company to provide you with any goods and services, communicate with the Company through email, telephone, in writing or through other means or use the Webstore or other websites of the Company on which this Privacy Policy is published, you agree to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in the manner described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Collection and Use of Information

We will generally collect and use your personal information for the primary purpose of entering into transactions with you, providing you with goods and services and effectively managing our business operations. If you place an order with us, you will be asked to provide information as is necessary for us to consider your order and (if accepted) transact an order with you. Without such information we would be unable to consider your order and (if accepted) transact your order.

Collection of financial personal information by a payment service

In some cases, we may use an affiliated payment service to allow you to purchase goods or services or make payments (Payment Service). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of those other websites. The use of such other websites is at

your own risk in all things. This Privacy Policy applies only to the information we collect on the Webstore and other websites of the Company on which this Privacy Policy is published. Other than as set out in this Privacy Policy or otherwise permitted by law, we do not sell or otherwise provide your personal information to third parties or make any other use of your personal information which is not incidental to your relationship with us.

References to any document (including this Privacy Policy) are references to that document as varied, amended, consolidated, supplemented, novated or replaced from time to time.
